I’m Cristina – a senior marketing and communication leader with 20+ years of experience across multinational environments, complex brand ecosystems and cross-functional teams. I’ve built marketing & communication departments from the ground up, led high-impact rebranding projects, and driven both strategic planning and day-to-day execution at scale.
My background blends brand strategy, corporate communication, digital growth, internal culture, content leadership, event experience and employer branding — all in service of business clarity and reputation that lasts. Sccessfully built and led the Marketing & Communication Department twice from the ground
up, shaping strategic initiatives that drove business expansion. Spearheaded the opening of a
new location in Timisoara, managing Public Affairs, branding, and communication efforts. This
initiative directly contributed to the site’s rapid growth, now employing almost 300 people and
generating over 50% of the company’s total turnover.
Impact: Established a high-performing

Architecting a Powerful Brand Identity with Lasting Impact
Developed the entire brand
architecture from scratch, crafting one comprehensive Brand Manual and one Retail Manual—
both of which were so impactful that the Head Office adopted them regionally with minimal
adjustments. Successfully launched two communication platforms and orchestrated over 75 ATL
& BTL campaigns, significantly enhancing brand recognition.
Results: In just 7 years, brand
KPIs increased by an outstanding 500%, proving the effectiveness of strategic brand positioning

Conceptualized and implemented the Ambassadors Project, transforming company culture into
an attractive employer brand for Millennials & Gen Z. Led the setup and management of the
